The Brand
At our agency, every patrol shift begins with looking at the In-service, which is the roster of who is working that shift. Sometimes you come across an old In-service tucked away in a file box or gear bag, and it instantly takes you back to that moment in time: who you worked with, the shift you shared, and the memories that came with it. Your agency may have its own version of this, but the purpose is the same: it is a snapshot of service and camaraderie. We believe challenge coins carry that same meaning in a more lasting form, a permanent way to honor your experiences and the people who stood beside you.
We are a law enforcement owned and operated company that understands the meaning and pride behind each unit represented on our products. Our goal is not simply to produce as many coins as possible for the highest margins, but to create something you can proudly display in a shadow box, carry with you throughout your career, and pass on to future generations
Our long-term goal is to create premium gear that truly meets the needs of first responders. After years of spending thousands of dollars on gear that was poorly made, mass-produced, or repurposed for our work, we are committed to building products that are reliable, durable, and designed with our community in mind
We proudly work with EMS, military, nonprofits, and many other organizations. As a law enforcement-owned company, many of our initial orders came from individuals within our network. However, our goal is to continue building relationships with additional teams and creating meaningful products for others.
Products & Craftsmanship
Through years of trial and error, we have refined our production process and selected vendors that meet our standards. Every piece is carefully inspected by our team before it is shipped, ensuring that only premium quality products leave our shop.
In addition to coins, we offer embroidered and PVC patches as well as pins. These can range from morale designs to official gear used on duty. We focus on what we do best while working behind the scenes to expand our offerings.
We do use technology and machinery where it improves efficiency, but every step of our process is intentional. From creating custom molds to hand finishing details and personally inspecting each item, our focus is always on quality, not shortcuts.
Yes. We can recreate or modify existing designs, even from old or blurry photos. Our designers can rebuild files and bring them back to life with professional quality.
Design & Customization
Either works. You can bring us a finished design, a simple sketch, or even just an idea, and our team will create a professional design file for you. We can also adapt an existing design into a coin, patch, or pin while preserving its integrity.
Yes. We can create either a detailed illustrated version or a three-dimensional interpretation of your badge, logo, or patch.
There are almost unlimited combinations of sizes, finishes, and enamel options. Based on our experience, a two-inch hard enamel coin strikes the best balance of size, quality, and cost, but we can produce nearly any finish or style you prefer.
We never begin production until you are completely satisfied with the design. To request revisions, simply reply to our email with the design proof, and we will make the adjustments until it meets your expectations.
Pricing & Orders
Prices start at around $8 per coin when ordering between 50 and 99 standard-sized coins, and decrease to around $5 per coin for orders of 1,000 or more. Final pricing depends on size, finish, and quantity.
No. However, setup costs remain the same regardless of the quantity ordered, so very small orders may not reduce the overall cost significantly. For value, we recommend a minimum of 50 coins, but we are always happy to accommodate smaller, special orders if cost is not the main concern.
Yes. Larger orders lower our production costs, and we pass those savings directly to you. We also offer reduced pricing on reorders of the same design.
Yes, there is a one-time mold fee for coins, pins, and PVC patches. Once the mold is created, you can place as many future orders as you like without additional mold fees.
Production & Shipping
A new order that requires design work typically takes four to six weeks. This includes design time, revisions, mold creation, production, quality control, and shipping. The turnaround time for reorders is much shorter.
