Common Questions
Do I need a finished design to start?
No. A sketch, badge photo, patch, or written description is enough. Our design team builds production-ready artwork from whatever you have — many of our best coins started as a rough idea on paper.
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. Because the mold fee is a fixed cost, we recommend at least 100 coins for the best per-unit value — but if cost isn't the main concern, we're happy to produce smaller runs. See full pricing.
When do I pay?
Nothing is owed until you approve the design direction. Payment locks in your order, your spot in the queue, and the final design — and production doesn't begin until you sign off on the proof.
How long until I receive my order?
A typical new order takes 4–6 weeks from submission to delivery, including design, your proof approval, production, inspection, and shipping. Reorders of an existing design take 2–3 weeks since your mold is kept on file.
What if I want changes after seeing the proof?
Reply with your requested changes and we'll revise until it's right. There's no limit on revisions during the design phase, and nothing goes to production until you're fully satisfied.
