At our agency, every shift starts with the In-service, the roster of who's working. You find old ones in file boxes and gear bags. They take you right back. The people, the shift, the calls that shaped you.

We started this company because we wanted to build something that holds onto those moments the same way. Not novelty items. Not mass-produced merch. Something worth putting in a shadow box and keeping for the rest of your career — like the deputy academy coins we've built for LASD.

One of our co-founders is a designer. Bring a sketch, a blurry photo, or just a concept, we'll build the artwork, send proofs, and revise until it's right. Nothing goes to production until you say so.
